Go preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Go ahead, this post will be here when you get back.

This cookie dough takes 30 seconds to whip up. You already have all three ingredients in your pantry. And they taste amazing.

It’s a wonderful recipe for when unexpected visitors drop by or as a last minute gift.

These would also be perfect for the humans who forgot to get something for their Valentine today.

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
from Tis’ the Food
makes 10 cookies

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter

1. You’ve already preheated your oven to 350 degrees, so there’s no need for this step.

2. Combine all three ingredients together.

3.  Roll dough into 2-tablespoon sized balls. With the back of a fork, press a pattern into the balls to flatten them. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
